It is understood that Chelsea have put an offer in for Anderlecht forward Romelu Lukaku.
Lukaku who is just 18 has been linked with Chelsea several times over the past year. Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham are also keen on the young striker.
He is one of Europe’s most promising young stars and has been referred to as the new Didier Drogba.
Lukaku has scored 31 goals for his club over the last two seasons. At 18 years of age this tally is attracting a lot of interest from other clubs.
